Ice Barrier in Duel Links is by far my favorite deck. It’s a surprisingly competent deck, with a silly skill that turns all waters level 4. There’s a ton of interesting lines in the deck that make it a blast to pilot.

“Playable” is a stretch but I personally like that the new synchro can cheat out Trishula if removed from the field by your opponent. Good card design.

Glad Ice Barriers got some great Support. Now we are in a Hidden Arsenal Renesance, I think it's time to start getting all the old Cards and wait for their long awaited support. (Genex,Jurrac,Ally of Justice,Mist Valley, etc.)

ice barrier has been suck all these time for these reason :
-most of ice barrier were to restrict/punish opponent action when multiple of them on the field. but lack on card that tied and connect them together
-misunderstanding about how they supposed to be played. ice barrier supposed to swarm the field with right monster to lock opponent and only synchro for finisher, not the otheway around
